Tenants can rent one of the 36 available parking places in the underground garage for € 95 per month.
Haagse Houtzicht is a gas-free, energy efficient and sustainable building with an A++ energy efficiency rating. There is a thermal energy storage system with floor heating and cooling. The facades and roof are well insulated. All window frames are fitted with HR++ glass.
Tenants pay a monthly amount in advance for energy usage, which covers costs for heating and hot water. Actual consumption is measured and the account balanced annually.
